I find myself inspired by the work of others. This is a commitment to myself to improve my photographic skills by posting a photograph a day.
2009 was my 365 year but I find this the perfect motivator to pick up my camera on a daily basis. I continue my quest of making better photographs and focus my efforts on off camera flash.

The Wild Beast in the Big City 76/365
This life size statue is in a park on First Ave. I’ve probably walked past it 100 times but never saw it. Due to construction I couldn’t get a better angle and still maintain the bush scene. As it was I had to photoshop in the grassy foreground.
Hard to imagine this in the middle of Manhattan.
