Maybe for others but not so much for me. Last night the moon was at it’s closest point to Earth in the past 18 years. It was supposed to be a spectacular sight especially if you caught it early when it was closest to the horizon. Since I stayed home I had to wait for it to rise a lit. I used a 500mm lens on a tripod and waited, and waited, and waited hoping for one of those rare shots where a plane passes in front of the moon. It never happened….
I still love your shot, though! Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteYour shots are great - love the one where it is caught in the branches. That sounds like quite a lens.
