I find myself inspired by the work of others. This is a commitment to myself to improve my photographic skills by posting a photograph a day.
2009 was my 365 year but I find this the perfect motivator to pick up my camera on a daily basis. I continue my quest of making better photographs and focus my efforts on off camera flash.

Bubble Art 74/365
Water and oil may not mix but the separation makes interesting photographs.The idea came from this months issue of popphoto.
Glass Pyrex bake disk elevated 6 inches above a colorful gift bag. Fill the dish with water and add a splash of cooking oil. Stir it up and snap away. It worked better on a tripod and manual focus.
