I set a wide-angle shot, 8 second exposure and ran across the backyard with a speedlight in each hand and manually triggered them. The first few attempts captured me as a silhouette but I realized that if I stayed out of the frame I got the results I was looking for.
This turned out great...I've got to give this a try. Really nice work.
