I find myself inspired by the work of others. This is a commitment to myself to improve my photographic skills by posting a photograph a day.
2009 was my 365 year but I find this the perfect motivator to pick up my camera on a daily basis. I continue my quest of making better photographs and focus my efforts on off camera flash.

Shoot The Moon 125/365
I know this has been done to death but it’s a full moon tonight and a clear sky.
Kristy, thanks. Try shooting it in manual mode using the largest appature, iso 100, then start at 1/125 sec an adjust your shutter speed till you're happy with the results. This was 200mm, iso 100, f/2.8, 1/1000 sec. The only post processing was to crop it square.
Excellent job! I tried one of the moon on Monday night and didn't even come close!

ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your info! I do most of my shots in manual anyway. Not sure if my lenses are adequate for this subject. I'll keep trying!
